E85 2012 1.4 ltz a/t

Ok, here's the deal. I've been researching the E85 tune for a week and I'm still not sure what is required to make this thing work. I already have the premium trifecta tune and plan on upgrading to the E85 red pill. I already plan on getting 42lb injectors to handle the new fuel, but I've heard a lot of talk about transmission issues, as well as some others. SOMEBODY please let me know what changes I need to make to my 2012 LTZ 1.4 turbo A/T in order to make my Sonic function well with this tune. Also, what SHOULD I get, in your opinion, to make my car function optimally. I have my own ideas but I want some expert advice, or at least as expert as I can get.

Just get the bosch injectors and the E85 tune. If your car is automatic you dont need to upgrade your clutch.

Thank you. As a follow up, does anyone have experience with how long the stock parts will last while getting beaten up by this tune? Anyone have numbers associated with this tune?
