this ones gunna have to wait a few days, sorry guys. Got under the hood this morning and it has star pattern screws. I have the bit for it, but no hand driver or 1/4" drive wratchet to make it work with the hap hazzard tools i have left post-divorce.
Road tripping to see family for Xmas, so i'll get on it after that I think. unless I'm really bored with my family, lol.
Just by getting in and looking around though, i see that retaining the whole airbox is basically a must unless you want it to be really ghetto. The lower half of the airbox has two prongs on the passenger side, at least one in the rear, and probably more, that all fit into grommets to hold the airbox in place. There appears to in fact be a snorkel coming form the passenger wheel well area providing some time of cold air source. Not a bad looking factory design TBH
