Hello From Kalamazoo MI

Actually I live in Portage however I work in Kalamazoo. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a new 2015 Chevy Sonic RS sedan. Black granite color. It was at a Chevy dealership in Michigan City, IN. A very comfortable ride with some pop. Thanks to the Michigan weather 2 days ago I was able to find out how my sonic would handle in the snowy conditions. No problems going 50 mph on a snow-covered highway. The low profile tires concerned me a little bit. So far so good. Glad to have found this forum. It's nice to see others sonics and read about there experiences. I don't see many sonics on the road in my area let alone RS sedans. Unique and stylish. Very happy Sonic owner in Kazoo.

Welcome! You picked a great car and a great color! I have the same color and it is actually discontinued. Makes it even more special. Also, the RS for 2017 won't hold its current styling which makes the 2015 RS that much better. I currently had a 2015 RS hatch in black granite. Great car, great color and fun to drive! Congrats!

Good to know. Glad I got lucky while I was searching. I think the RS is really sharp. I get lots of compliments. most don't know what a sonic is. Makes me enjoy that much more.
