I overtightened my wheel nuts and noticed they are deformed. Is this safe?

Hi everyone. Last April, I decided to do my own seasonal wheel swap for the first time. To ensure they were secure, I used excessive force to tighten them down. Now, I struggled significantly to remove them and noticed the lug nuts are crushed/distorted. Is this a safety concern?

Looks fine to me, sometimes when a shop puts them on I have to jump on the breaker bar to crack them loose.

Yes, it's dangerous: deformed nuts can come loose or damage the threads.
