I received a recording from my dealer today and it's about the iDriveOnline.com, has anyone using it to track record of your vehicle ?
I was trying to register and see if it is useful or necessary but unfortunately I couldn't register since the website said no such last name and VIN found, so obviously my dealer has done something wrong on their side again either input my last name incorrectly or haven't put my vehicle information on their database or so.....
So "Chevy Customer Service", i am wondering if they don't have it ready, why they have to waste time to call me to leave me the recording regarding the iDriveOnline.
Once again, manfredi dealer is the worst in New York!!
