Recently had Clutch and transmission (at about 10K Miles) replaced under warranty after the car was jammed in 1st gear (for the second time) after being parked in the driveway overnight. I have got the car back and after a few days it seems as though the revs are a little too high from what I remember it use to be. (Note, I have a Holden Barina 1.6L 5Speed MT) When in fifth gear on the flat going about 100kph (62 MPH) the car is at 3000 RPM. 110KPH (68 MPH) and its at 3500RPM.
Is this normal?
