Led bulbs won't fit..

7443 indeed should be the right bulb to fit, but it can come down to design and build quality. What might help would be some details about how they are not fitting. pictures,etc. I've installed a few LEDs on my Sonic without issue.

it's not really something I can take a picture of.. I mean I already installed Pilot LED turn signals in all 4 signals with 0 problems at all. I can explain what I noticed though...
One side of the plug, the metal wires get bent and pushed down to the bottom of the bulb.
I think I can see where in the middle on each wide side, there is a bump pushing in, like my socket pressed a bulge going in to the bulb
It will only go half way in, and will go the rest of the way but only if I put a decent amount of pressure.
Old lights still work, and the LED's wouldn't light up.

Might be a bad batch of bulbs. I know the LED switchbacks I installed in front took a considerable bit of force to get seated fully. Have you installed Load Resisters along with your blinker bulbs? If so, where did you mount them? I haven't installed the resistors myself yet. The warning on the DIC doesn't bother me too much.
