Since you asked about coolant pipes and everyone responded about charge pipes, the silicone coolant hoses will last a lot longer than the factory rubber. They also hold up to much higher temperatures and pressures than the stock rubber pieces.

It also doesn't hurt that they look really cool.

I would assume that's a bad idea with bolts there still is a little give. After all its twisting its not solid and idk what that amount of heat being added to it would do
