Now that I have the injectors to support more boost I upped it a little, mostly from about 4,000 RPM to 6000 RPM. Before I would hold around 20 psi until about 4k then I had it falling down to around 18.5, now it's holding closer to 19.5 and that bumped my MAF to...
142 g/s at around 6000 RPM
Ambient temp was 70*
I'll run that for a little while until I get comfortable with it and then revisit.

MAF= Mass Air(grams of air) per Flow(seconds)
The sensor is in the air stream of your air intake tube.
It's a useful reading to determine how much induction your engine (at least according to the sensor) is managing.
G/s of air can be increased by: porting/polishing or upsizing intake and exhaust components, as well as turbo and/or head modifications. Or simply adjusting the tune's boost control, timing, and possibly cam positioning.

I'd be curious to see what other auto guys are getting. Also I'd try again get the car in forth and hammer on it. See if you get more.

Not yet. Patiently waiting for a friend to reassemble his so I can do a few days of tuning.
Peak around 25psi and the injectors are on the edge of going static.

Do you have a turbo 1.6 in the Sonic or was that a typo?
With you it's hard to tell because either is possible.

Hmmmn....I need to get my car to someone that knows what they are doing and to a dyno. 150 WHP 1.8 would be a fun DD.

Well I'm just gonna have to crank mine up a little more! There are a few of you running 23-24 psi and no one's thrown a rod yet, but I have to say these kind of boost pressures really make me nervous. Maybe I'm just thinking of all the older turbo cars that had factory boost more like 7 to 8 psi and I need to get with the times.
