New Sonic RS from NYC

Finally spent a whole months (agreement signed 6/2 and car pick up yesterday 6/29) to deal with this ****ty dealer and I got the car yesterday!!!

But very unhappy with the purchase!! Not about the car, it's about the dealership!! The whole process all the way till the end is bad!!!

Finally got the car......but there are two issues, this dealer is really having their problem!!! Hopefully I am done with this dealer as of yesterday (6/29)!!!

There are two light scratches on the driver side front & rear door!!
Of course, the sales said, don't worry about it, bring the car back next week and we will take care of it.
If they really care, they did it before I come to pick up the car!!
I wouldn't want to waste $13 toll fee to come here again and I wouldn't spend 25-35 mins of my time to drive there and I wouldn't waste a few $ of the gas to go for that since with all that I can pay locally to make it better since I doubt their work!!
Plus I really don't want to deal with them again!!! Nightmare!

Also they didn't included a full tank of gas, I thought they supposed to give a full tank of gas and this is the 3rd times I bought a car from a dealership and this is the only time I don't have a full tank of gas!! Only half!!!!!!!!!
Very disappointed!!!!

Anyway, still enjoying with the car....hopefully I will not have any problem with the car, at least for a year or two!!!

You should get a survey in the mail from General Motors in about a month. It may come via email if you supplied the dealership with your email. That is your opportunity to express how you feel about the dealership as that survey goes to GM and can effect the dealerships ability to receive bonuses and more. I work at a Chevy/Buick/GMC dealership so I know about the surveys. Sorry you had a bad experience were not all that bad.

I just bought my sonic a couple days ago! Enjoy it!

Yes, when I got my car, the dealer pumped me to give best ratings and said it was like eBay where anything less than 5/5 stars was like negative feedback. I was very happy with my dealer, so there is hope out there.

Here are the pics of the light scratches on the driver side doors (front & rear)!!!

They knew the scratches exist before I went to pick up because there was a compound or polished mark/residue there when I picked up..... if they intended to do it perfect and they have already done it before I picked up the car so I will not go back again for it since I wouldn't want to waste my times to wait to have the same result and waste toll fee & gas for it!!

I have a feeling because I am Asian, that's why I get treated differently!!!

Remember, DO NOT GO to Manfredi Chervolet!!!!

Attention: Customer Service!!!

I have more to complaint!!!!!

I parked the car in the garage at all time and never parked on the street and I drove only one time!!!

I took a closer look and found out today, there are many imperfection on the car...I wonder what is the history of this NEW car!!!!!!!

I enclosed some pictures of it!!!!
You can see the car has driven only 9 miles on it. (see the 1st pic)

1. the left side of bumper is popping out, won't stay in, it looks like it got bumped or hit before (see the 2nd pic)

2. There are two light scratches on the driver side front & rear door (see previous pics on the last post)

3. The hood does not align to the fender, it looks like it got hit and damaged before (see 3rd pic)

4. There is one paint chipped on the driver side front door (see the 4th pic)

I am hoping a customer service of Chevy will do something to Manfredi Chervolet dealership in Staten Island, NY

Sounds like the delay in getting the car initially may have been that they damaged it??? Waited a month after signed papers and they just took their time repairing and gave you the runaround until it was finished.
