OEM Charge Tube Clamp Removal?

Im at a loss as to how to get the clamps off the bent aluminum tube that connects the turbo outlet tube to the intercooler intake tube.

Ive gotten the assumbly out and Ive been staring at it for an hour... I dont want to just crank on it for fear of breaking something... Any tips/ideas?

Use a flat blade screwdriver and needle nose pliers to get some slack in it. Then some dykes/wire cutters to cut the metal.

a dremel is what i used to cut the clamps off very easy and quick. just dont go too deep with it.

Also did anyone else find the 20mm clamp included for the turbo outlet was too small? I ended up reusing the constant tension clamp off the OEM hose. Its a pretty good piece.
