Its funny I was just about to post about this very topic when I found this one. Here is a screenshot of my Torque app.
I have a 2012 LTZ Hatchback 1.4L with 6-speed manual. No mods. Outside Temp was 67F. I do see 215-220F often even with cooler weather. I do notice lower boost PSI (1-3psi) when the temps are up in that range.

I didn't see it mentioned here but these engines normal operating range is more like 180-230F. These higher temperatures are used to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.
Low Load flat roads you will see around 217-219F, hit a hill when you would expect the car to start gaining temperature it will cool off into the 180-190F range. Even just a little spirited driving will cause the car to cool down to this range.
