People have talked about doing this on the forum for years...but I've never seen posts from someone that completed it. So either lots of grenades, or nobody was willing to put up the funds lol. GM internals seem to be pretty resilient (when they're not defective), so I'm excited to see the results!

If that car didn't come with a turbo, you've got your work cut out for you. Personally, I wouldn't go to the time and expense when in the long run you'd probably come out money ahead by just buying a turbo charged car. Just for starters, you'll need a crankshaft and connecting rods along with pistons that will handle the power. You put a turbo on that 1.8 stock, it's going to come apart.
