See, I came from a Jeep/truck world, where I used to drive a lifted TJ and another lifter truck. I couldn't even talk to my passengers in the truck at 60 mph. Forget about the topless Jeep. 
Useless post out of the way, bending in the top corner of the door is what seems to work for folks here, if I recall correctly.
