I can have them made, I originally looked into it for the control arm bushing application but ZZP offers a nice solution for that for the very few who want to upgrade, the reality is that spherical joints are not cheap, cobalt sets were $200+.
For the rear axle, assuming it's a simple round urethane application it would be much simpler. I can't really take apart the wife's car for projects, as she doesn't drive manual and all my other vehicles are manual trans, so i'll try to measure it when I kidnap her car next time to install the exhaust on her day off. I'll see what I can do.
