poor mpg?

I'm curious if the problem cases are mostly 2012s. I've not yet seen anything that would lead me to suspect a problem on my 2014 1.4 auto. So far, city driving ranges from 20 to 33 depending on the proportion of expressway driving; highway driving is about 41.

I am in the same boat. my Sonic's mileage is a far cry from what the window sticker claims. Probably gonna trade mine in just based on the fact that I bought it as a cheap ecobox for the DD because it was supposed to get good fuel econ and it gets mid 20's. with a 1.4 liter engine.....lol

You're in Las Vegas so you probably use the AC a lot, do you have an automatic and do mostly city driving? I suspect you do in which case mid 20's is about right.

I've got a 2012 and even with my mods and heavy foot, I can't get it below 32mpg.
