No sir.

Why do you say that?

Anything that doesn't allow boost to bleed off due to inconsistent spring tension will make more power because there is no loss of boost through the valve.

I find the recirc vs. atmosphere to be a negligible difference.

From what I've read so far it seems that with a recirc you will spool up faster than just dumping it to the atmosphere, im just wondering if this would make a big deference on the sonic since our little turbos spool so quick anyway.
