Its so cold my balls packed up and went south for the winter! Thats what it portraying. Its -35 degrees here right now with the wind chill factored in. gonna drop down overnight around -40 & -45 Degrees. VERY Cold here right now. On a Level 3 Advisory. Caught on the road, You WILL get a Ticket!

Apparently Indiana has its own homeland security department and they feel that they can forbid you from driving on public roads.

Traffic advisories are put into effect for the safety of everyone.

So when conditions are bad enough where the roads are unsafe and you are putting yourself and others at risk, you can be ticketed.

Plus, any state can make any law they want, as long as it is More restrictive than the current federal legislation.

Usually the governor of the state.

Just was out on I390 near Rochester, NY. No snow to speak of but with -40 wind chills the black ice is really bad. Almost every bridge I went over had a car or truck off the road right after it. The NYS thruway is closed between Buffalo and the PA border for what I'm assuming would be this same problem.

Sonic did fine though!

Yea I-81 is closed from Mexico ny all the way to Canada... That's the result of 4 feet of snow in like 20 hours

Mexico is 10minutes north of me and I haven't had any new snow in a week...
