Nope. Nobody here has done it, nor has the entire parts list been posted. I imagine you could sit down with a parts guy at your local dealer and come up with the list. Please post it if you do.
Good news is that it has been confirmed that the master cylinder and proportioning block are the same for drum and disc models.

I'm willing to venture a guess...... ~$450 for parts.
If less, that's awesome. If more, it is important to have realistic expectation about performance. There a better ways to spend $500+ for performance, but if it is a visual desire, then only the builder can decide the value of the upgrade.
