Rough idle . And stalling

This has been going on for months and has been driving me nuts . Once I turn my car on it starts off fine no check engine light nothing but after 20 mins of driving . I'll come to a stop and almost about 7 to 8 seconds it will jerk forward and I can tell my lights dim or get low and it has stalled on me Twice coming to a stop . Also just found out it's dosnet occur as much when I have the a/c full blasting the problem has less affect. But if anyone has any similar solutions or ideas what it could be . Any help is great ! Also have changed the coil pack and spark plugs . I have noticed my spark plugs looks like they have some oil over the bottem possible leak . Could that be of problem to this ? 2012 Chevy sonic sedan 1.4 l

My car lately with winter and all that will have very rough idles, i read somewhere in this forums that it could be the valve cover being cracked or something
