If you disconnect the oil feed line from the block and then loosen the connection at the turbo, the line will move away enough so that it goes right on. Sorry, that's not very helpful now..
Looking at that pic, it looks like you don't have the Anaconda flange lined up completely. Was it loose in that pic? The amount of threads left sticking out of the nut suggest that too.

I'll go ahead and tell how I line the flanges up.
There is a small "male" ridge on the Anaconda flange that slips into the turbine outlet to center them up. It's easy for it to slip out while tightening the clamp. What I do is tighten the clamp up enough that it offers resistance against the flanges, and then push the Anaconda until I feel it "click" into place. Tighten a bit more to ensure it stays in place and install the other section. Tighten everything up only after the entire system is lined up and in place.
