Technically, that wasn't a rolling shot just because you don't see the wheels/background moving.
Some advice for rolling/panning shots.
focus the camera on the car while it moves. Try to aim for the front of the car, and move (pan) the camera as the car drives by as if you were filming the car. (this technique is called "panning")
If you have a camera that lets you adjust the aperture and shutter speed settings, you want to have a lower shutter speed (and compensate with a higher apeture setting) for the moving wheel/background effect.
If you don't have a camera that lets you do that, just try taking a pic of the car on the highway, or try getting a pic when the sun starts going down (but not so dark that you don't see anything.)
