If your name is on the Title you are legal owner, There just may be a lean on the Title.
So if your paying for it you must have your name on the title or do you just give your money away for nothing. The vehicle was already a modified unit by Sponsors that paid for it. No one here is crying but you!

You entered a contest that states owning the vehicle. If indeed you are purchasing the Ex Sema vehicle I hope you get a great deal.
