No, it BS plain and simple.
If you order something online, and it arrives in a condition that is not what you ordered, it should be rectified.
I have ordered from lots of internet sites and had issues with some of the products when they arrived and the situation was always rectified in a timely, satisfactory manner.
Any reputable online dealer would make it right in the end.
Good for but I'm not saying it shouldn't be but in the end when all is said and done its a risk you take. And your right a reputable company would take care their customers am I saying shop chevy parts is an excellent source for parts, no I'm not am I saying there bad, no I'm not I'm just saying they took care of my needs and that's that
