Good for but I'm not saying it shouldn't be but in the end when all is said and done its a risk you take. And your right a reputable company would take care their customers am I saying shop chevy parts is an excellent source for parts, no I'm not am I saying there bad, no I'm not I'm just saying they took care of my needs and that's that

I'm not trying to get into a pissing match with you.

Just stating that your situtation is different, you got a product that arrived in good condition.

She got a broken product and it should be taken care of. The fact that they are ignoring phone calls and she is out money is pretty shady to say the least.

ShopChevyParts(dot)com is the worst vender I've ever used.

I ordered on November 5th. Weeks go by and nothing....

I give them a call and they tell me the indoor cover is on backorder. (why did I have to call them to find this out?)
I tell them to send the security shade and I'll take the cover whenever... no rush....

Another couple of weeks pass by and still nothing....
During this time I submitted no less than 3 "tickets" online asking about my order.....

I log on to find out what is up with my order since they have yet to contact me only to find out my order is "canceled" and my tickets I submitted asking for order status have all been deleted? (I assume deleted since when I search for the ticket number it can't be found)

Not a great way to handle customers....

Now I know why they have the cheapest prices... because they have no parts and no customer service employees... I think it's some teenager in his basement selling GM parts.

Basically I was told the order was canceled because the "payment ran out". In other words because I didn't contact them to ask about my order within 30 days the order was canceled.
But.... I DID send no less than 5 "support tickets" by the time it was all done, called and talked to them 2 weeks into the order thinking I had it resolved, AND left a message asking about the order when I called after hours one day. ALL WITH NO REPLY.

Step far away from ShopChevyParts.COM.

Yeah they are horrible and if something goes wrong they will not help you or do anything to help you and if it involves money being refunded good luck because they will fight till the end even tho it is their fault.

That's why you buy online with a CC. You don't get your item or it is not as described when it arrives.

Call CC company, request a chargeback, WIN
