Absolutely, I am om holidays at the moment, but I can scan the booklet and post it here for you all when I come back in a few days. It shows how to remove the bumper and the front fascia, with tools and all. I was actually surprised when I got the spare parts, I was expecting just the chrome rings in a box, not this big box with the black front and the rings and the whole lot. Basically they didn't replace just the red rings but the whole black front.
For those who would like to remove their front bumper for anything like fogs, headlights, grille. I received these instructions for the grille I ordered. I thought others might find use for these.

Sure if you like the Maaco approach. In the time spent masking everything off, I could have the car on ramps, removed the front bumper, shroud and rings. Plus the inside rings come very close to the upper grill area and it could be hard to get paint back there.
