Not necessarily. The correct answer is "it depends", and "not directly".
On other vehicles with OEM touchscreen/video units that do not provide an video AUX-in option, there are work-around adapters that can provide that.
It may be possible, depending on the video interface used. Without more information, you shouldn't assume.
With any luck the display unit uses a more common RGB inteface therefore it may be reasonably done.
Don't even have a video-in-motion override out yet.
