tinted windows

I got my windows tinted yesterday and I'm happy how it came out

P.S. That's my 1970 VW van I learned to drive on in the background

I had a few cars with tinted windows in the past and I miss it. It was a very useful feature to have.

Tint looks great. I just don't like driving at night with tinted windows; too easy to miss something coming at you. I guess you can always open a window for better visibility.

That looks nice. I thought about tinting mine. In my state, the front windows can't be tinted, so I'm still thinking.

Looks good. Tinted mine 2 weeks ago 35%/20% haven't had any problems driving, only drove it 10 miles since then.lol

Visibility isn't much of an issue at night. Many new cars sold in Texas are sold with 35% tint all around (except windshield) right from the dealer lots.

I had a car tinted at 20% all around - wasn't an issue at night. My black on black GTO was tinted 20% fronts and 5% back. That was a bit dark, especially when having to back up at night, but not too terrible.

TMac where did you get the windows done? When I lived up there I went to Tint King in Billerica. I'm kicking the idea of getting my windows tinted. I have $300 to spend on mods. So I'm thinking either lowering springs, window tint, or an intake.

The place is called Discount Detail (local I bleave) and the thing that sold me was that they had a pain of glass with a bunch of different levels of tint (5% to 50%). It cost me $250 and a day with out my car. Hopefully that helped.

Forgot to add, all the other places that I went to only had 35% tint and some of them only did them one day a week. My be it's the same guy doing it at different places?

Just got mine Tinted yesterday, and I thought at first..tinted windows made cars look Kinda Stupid, BUT...after geting it Done, i was like WOW!!!! Amazing.
