Totaled my 2012 sonic Ltz

Lady pulled out in front of me. Totaled my 2012 sonic Ltz. Had 110,000 miles on it.

Decided I wanted a automatic and a bigger car after that. Went to the dealership and somehow bought a 2015 Sonic RS manual.

But that sonic keep me completely safe in my accident, got great gas Milage, and the Hb has so much room. Had to buy a second one. Here's to 100,000 more miles.

Yup. Besides airbag and seatbelt burns. I was actually fine. So was the lady in her Buick Enclave. Cars can be replaced, but everyone walking away injury free was amazing. Car did a good job keeping me protected.

Now the fair market price of the car, that hurt. Lol.

Her insurance company took it. Honestly, everything inside was pretty much broke. If it was plastic, it went flying in the accident.

Originally. $7,900 or so. I had to pull receipts for transmission (under warranty) work and tires I had put on it. Got it to $8,300. Still significant difference in what I owed. But it will work out.

Lost money cause they said the condition was fair. Which is lame since I had no dents or scratches before the accident. He said there was rock chips in the hood... Really? You can see rock chips??? Lol

Nah. It's all over and finished. I was able to get the price up some and with the other money they sent me. Got out of the car without coming out of my pocket. Bought gap coverage this time tho. Lol. I completely broke even. I was upside down anyways because I rolled some of my last car into the total for that car. I got a fresh start this time at least.
