might be going to the treadstone TR8C intercooler here in the next week.. thoughts on this before i commit?

Are you doing just the intercooler or are you going to have some IC piping made up as well?

i think at first just the intercooler, from my understanding which is far from great is the piping will not change much, piping will prob be done at a latter date after bigger turbo

well for around $250 it doesn't seem like a bad deal.

Most 1/4 tracks require helmets once you break into the 13's. Its still a ways off, but it's looking probable that it will happen in a Sonic sometime in 2013.

The jump from 14.5 to 13.9 is huge. Tires will be an integral part of that goal.

Stratton may be able to break into the high 13's with a tire upgrade they play that big of a roll...

IIRC the biggest drop in weight was the battery, then the hatch and hood.

Correct. Exhaust was the biggest. With the Downpipe I think I lost 28lbs total.

Oh yeah, and the spare plus hardware is 29.

That's almost 60lbs right there!!!

Getting her weighed today. LTZ is heavy though so it may not look very impressive.
