Tune void warranty?

Ive been hearing lots of good things about the trifecta tune. Im aware that the tune causing catastrophic engine failure is an unlikely event, but lets say i get the tune and for some reason my engine blows. Will the techs know i did it? is there any way to clear it before i get it towed? just curious as it is a brand new car with a brand new warranty. and im no bill gates...

You would already have your answer if you would have read before posting this thread.
