What does HO, GME E85 MAX mean?

I just did a VIN check on my car and noticed decoding the eighth digit (engine), there are a string of codes.
LUV - Engine Gas, 4 CYL, L4, 1.4L, MFI, DOHC, TURBO HO, GME E85 MAX.
I know what most of them are except I'm not sure of the ones are in BOLD.

I'm guessing HO = High Output (??) and E85 = Flex-Fuel, but my Sonic doesn't have a yellow FFV fuel cap (??). I don't know what GME (GM Europe?) or MAX (Maximum?) is. Does anybody know?

Reason why I'm asking (especially the E85), is my local DMV has my Sonic registered as a Flex-Fuel vehicle, even though I told them it isn't.

Regarding the E85, as I understand it the Sonic's were going to be flex fuel but GM changed it's mind at the last minute. Look at your engine label under the hood, it may actually say FFV on it, for Flex Fuel Vehicle. GM sent out replacement labels to put over the original ones that no longer say FFV. I got mine in the mail a while ago.
