I have noticed I have to duck under the mirror depending on how close I am to the stop light, but it's not a deal breaker. Also, the visors are functional and able to flip down to 90 degrees from their up position. Still nice and functional I will get some wide angle views of the mirror from drivers seat POV tomorrow

Here are the promised pictures. Makes visibility much, much better to say the least. I do miss being able to flip the dimmer toggle on the stock mirror though. Going in to work @5am with someone's highbeams in my eyes the whole way is no bueno. Enjoy!

Do it. Seriously, this thing dang near completely eliminates our car's blind spots. The only place it can't see is behind the "C" pillars, which you should use your side mirrors for anyway. Here is where I got mine:
