WOOTY build thread

my original build thread ended up getting really scattered and difficult to clean up, so I'm just starting a new one to put everything within the first few posts.

Current mods:
Stock Exhaust with muffler chopped off
DDMWorks red powdercoated intake
Ultra-Gauge
Rear bow-tie and lift gate applique painted white
Front bow-tie painted black
Tail/head-light rings painted red
Weather-Tech window deflectors
3rd brake light over-lay "WOOTY" (my cars nickname, she's my white girl w/ a booty, and no, my wife does NOT know i have that sticker on there yet lol)
RokBlokz red mudflaps
17x7.5 +40 offset Sparco Terra wheels powdercoated grey wrapped in 215/50-17 Sumitomo HTR A/S PO2 all seasons

I like the stance... how's the ride on the eibachs? I'm interested in springs if the ride isn't bad. I'm on the freeway 99% of the time.

Also, here's a couple time slips from a track day a few weeks back.

Elevation was 155 feet above sea level, and temp was 47 degrees

The ride quality is pretty close to stock in my opinion, especially on the highway. Only time i remember i'm lowered any is when there's train tracks or speed bumps lol, but even then its not that bad

No same car lol, and my other thread was titled, "Sonic_braaappp's build/plastidipping stuff thread" cars nickname has been wooty though, just finally made it official by getting her a lower back tattoo

Finished my fog light delete project yesterday. Cut of the housing and took out the inner everything, maintained the factory mounting points so now you can see through them and see the charge pipes
This was my solution to a fitment issue where the charge pipes were hitting the fog lights, preventing the bumper from going back on.

Thanks! And track times were on stock car, only mods at the time were zzp cat back and eibach lowering springs. Haven't been back to the track since then

Finished up my fog light project. Wired some white LED strips (available at your local parts store) into the factory fog light wiring. Now all that's left is to paint charge pipes white, which won't happen until after winter.

thanks! unfortunately, due to the placement of the strips they don't actually function as fog lights. it was done as a completely cosmetic thing, and seeing as it was my first time ever doing something like this, I'm surprised how good it came out lol

I actually like it that way. They give off a really cool ethereal looking glow from what I can see in the pics. I think it would look awesome in person and you can look inside and see the charge tubes lit up. It's a really great idea.
