The springs can void warrenties depending on your dealer. If they are professionally installed then possibly not. I know Eibachs typically dont. Anything associated with suspension can be voided.

Kind of. The wheels and tires fit fine with the springs. Right now I have 19mm spacers, OEM 17 inch wheels, and kspeed springs. I cut a little off the springs to lower it a bit more. Not proper but whatever. Turns on a dime..Its a little bumpy but nothing crazy.
