It depends on the severity..a sawed off shotgun thats cut a few inches short, will not get me to leave my office.
Someone selling a full auto gun that comes up stolen, or they themselves are illegally in posession of the firearm, that might get me to show up. But generally speaking local law enforcement is more than equipped to handle it. However, their report will usually be forwarded to our field office.

Speaking of guns .. can anyone chime in on .22LR ammo availability .. Im near Buffalo NY and cant find it "normally" priced .. The have some in stock at a few shops but the 300 round brick is $89-119 depending on what local shop you go to. .(but they have it in stock). I can buy 9mm for less than .22 around here ..
Also looking for 7.62x54R (willing to pay $180 for 880 rounds)
Maybe 556 I have a few boxes .. don't know if I need more but if the price is good
9MM if under .21 cents a round that's what I pay for it now for factory loads
with that said .. I'm willing to take a road trip .. you know since now in fancy NY we cant have ammo shipped to us anymore .. I have my C&R .. Which you would think I could be grandfathered in .. I can order guns and have them shipped to me with no FFL but the ammo .. nope have to go to a FFL (background check is needed for ammo purchases but the system is not up and running yet)
Im willing to go to Michigan (although I need to check laws for going through CanadaAa)
I can go to PA,WV,OH .. Let me know shop names and at least zip code's .. I don't know what the stats require for ammo buying.. (NY requires a pistol permit to buy .380, 9MM,and .40 but not .45 ) ill have with me my NY CCW permit and my Utah permit and my C&R

I was looking at one of those for my fiance, what kind of price did you pick it up for?? She hates shooting my PF9 and can not rack the slide all the way to fully chamber a round so I am hoping the SCCY springs aren't as stiff.

Have you looked at the Beretta Nano's both my wife and I carry them daily .. also the Ruger P95 are very easy to rack my 7 year old can rack it .. little wide for CCW on some people

I haven't looked at the P95 but I did look at the Nano but haven't tried it out yet. Thanks for the heads up because I want her in an auto not a wheel gun.

I have one had it for about 3 years and haven't had a single FTE or jam with about 800 rounds through it. When they came out they had a bad rep but all those issues are resolved and as long as you do not limp wrist it you will have the same results great results.
I carry mine in a Remora holster w/ full sweat shield with full mag and one in the pipe. So small a set up that you barely know it's even there.
The bluing that Kel-Tec uses is very sub par and as long as you don't have that alien acid sweat and you keep it lubed well you're fine. I am sending mine out for a Ceracote job in next month or so before summer months to fix this issue and it cost like $55.
Any other questions you have just let me know, I am on the Kel-Tec Owners Forum also and they have great info and are on Tapatalk too if you use that app. I will post a few pics in a few for ya.

I've been carrying my full size 9mm and I've had no issues so far. I just need to be mindful of my shirt catching on the grip if I bend forward too much, like picking something up off the ground. Otherwise, it's completely indiscernible, even when I wear nothing but a t-shirt. Regular sized clothing, nothing baggy. Good holster and being very tall helps, I suppose.
Deliberating on selling the Mosin with about 300 rounds of ammo to help fund an M&P Shiled in 9mm. I have a local store that's selling these at $400 regular price, which is cheaper than even places like Bud's. The only caveat is that I have to catch when the shipment comes in; they don't last on the shelves.
Should I keep the Mosin or sell it with the ammo? The thought is that the Shield will be used more often than the Mosin, obviously, as it will become the second carry gun.

How does the Remora get secured to the waist the pants? I don't see a clip or anything like that. Also, how does reholstering work? Seems like that holster would get squished because it appears soft.
I use a Theis holster for my PPX. IWB, horsehide backing with kydex retention. Not my pic.

The Remora is a sticky holster/compression holster that uses the pressure from the waistband/belt and the tacky material to hold in place no clips needed whatsoever. Here is a video of a guy doing back flips with one to show it stays in place, hell I wear mine in just basketball shorts while I run and it doesn't budge with just draw strings pulled tight.
Here is the pic again of it stuck to my dash while going 70 down I-95 and it never fell or even moved and you know our radio face is damn near vertical.
The holster is soft and it will close shut after a draw but with the full sweat shield on my holster it allows me to use a finger as I reholster to hold it open without issue. Remora actually makes RFT model(reinforced top) that is rigid around the opening to aid in reholsering but I have no issue without it.
I have never been a fan of holsters like that, just find them to be bulky and uncomfortable for me, doesn't mean it isn't a great product but for what I want it is not for me.

I have friends carry Glocks in them and my one friend carries a 1911 in one and they stay just fine. I was skeptical at first also but once I ordered one and started using it I was a believer.
If you do want to order one let me know as I get discount codes all the time from them and I can shoot ya one to bring price down or get free stuff. When I ordered last time from them I used a 30% off code and got a free mag holder which works the same as the holster and stays right where you put it. They have single and double mag holders and I use my double holder for flashlight and knife and my single holder for an actual mag

I have a bunch of holsters I use for my guns. I just picked up a sneaky pete holster for the Glock. Thing is a little big but its soo nice not having to worry about people seeing the gun. It looks like a tablet case. Got the ballistic nylon. The sweetener is my SCCY fits in as well..
