Right there with you guys. I've been taking zquil to help me get to sleep on those nights I can't get to sleep. I used to be prescribed to ambien but stopped taking it because I did not want to get dependant on it.

It doesn't matter what time I fall asleep I wake up at 4 am, I've passed out 2:30 am and woke up at 4 am. The worst is passing out really early like 5 or 6 pm, then I wake up at midnight and I'm screwed.

I've done that before, But I go to bed at 8 and have to be up at 4:30 to get ready for work.

99% of mornings I feel like I got hit by a car and usually take 20ish minutes to drag myself out of bed. I haven't noticed if any amount of sleep has any effect on it.

Once I found true happiness, my mornings changed.

Stop waking up at the last moment, if you can wake up with an extra hour or more you will have a much better morning.

I hate mournings. 10 or 11 am is perfect for me, i only need 3 hrs of sleep and i can get up.

anything before 8am and i need Atleast 7hrs of sleep or im dragging a$$ and tired all day (until after 8pm then im alert and not ready for sleep).

I use to hate waking up before I "had" to, now it makes total sense. I can take my sweet time getting ready, watch a show or play some games and then leave for work.

actually im usually not hungover but its hard to keep my eyes open long enough to get out of bed early. when i open my eyes early it feels like i've got sand in my eyes and it takes forever to go away.
