The wheels look really good MPFab! Wish I had the money to do something like this, but at least by the time im ready to change wheels it will be well documented!
Wondering what kind of weight difference your looking at with those wheels instead of the stockers? Just curious, I know your not putting these wheels on there with weight as a concern. Was hoping that when I get around to getting wheels I could go bigger but keep the weight relatively close.
Car looks great so far man, really looking forward to seeing it completed!

Wheels weigh 24. Tires depending on 245 or 255 will be 21-23lbs respectively. Factory wheels/tires weigh 44lbs on my digital scales so within 1-3lbs per wheel.

I was gonna say that coilovers seem to have less room in the front for wide wheels since my 18x10 +25 wheels ended up needing an extra 5mm (if not a bit less) to clear my coilovers, but then I realized that my calculations were completely off since I misread your "needing .5" (~12mm) to clear the suspension" as 5mm... >_< lol. Total fail on my behalf. >_<
On the other hand, it is barely hitting the area where the mount bulges out right before the threads start...
The front wheels have been in CA for 9wks....I was told it would take 3wks to get them narrowed.
I was promised they would ship tomorrow, but I've heard that for the last 3wks. Once they get back it should go rather quickly, but at this point I'm not holding my breath.

Ok...I think we're getting close. I thought I was never gonna get the back from the painter.
Anyway, this is what I went with for the color.
If possible I'll get it all mounted up tomorrow. I'm kinda dreading this though. Pretty sure after they get on the car, I'll have to get coilovers . There's no way it's gonna be low enough. It never was for me, with the Eibachs but on the stk wheels, it wasn't an issue. I'm afraid it gonna be now...:blankface:
