i wanna go as low as possible(close to non functional lol) the mounting points. like the liner and stuff. will i have to pull it out?

yes the body is pinch welded and it runs in the wheel well.
( and i thought you said you were low? because your not low if you dont know what that is because it ters up your tires )
this is one side after bending it up and spraying some paint on it
also this is what hapens to the tire
and just some other random damage from being low
and this is the trani snapped off the X tab and dragging it were the trani mount mounts
Soooo....anyway, back to the originall topic. 
Front wheels were sent out for narrowing. I had a buddy who said I could use his uncle's lathe, but there kept being delays. Three weeks had passed and I could have already had them back from the shop that will be doing the work.
Fronts will be 18x9" and rears are 18x9.5".
I'll be running 225/40s on the 9s and 245/35s on the rear. There is a chance the rears will be 235/40, but I'll know better once the rears get back on the car.
After all machine work is done, then to powder coating.
I'm hoping to have them on the car by the end of May.

In order to keep from having to open the wheels up around the lugs, I opted to redrill to 103x5 and make some varience nuts to make up the difference. You can also see the hubcentric ring my machinist made for me as well.

Bolted in place. Without really looking at this, most would not notice the lug nuts are off center in the wheel.
Damn I can't wait for the fronts to get back!

Mounted a used 245/35/18 on one of the wheels today. Clears easily. 255/35/18 will be going on tomorrow. I'm starting to feel like 255/35/18 is gonna work at all four corners based on how well this 245 fit.
how close is it to the shock? on the inside
I believe I've got .5-.75" clearance to the shock boot. I'll try and get a pic with the 255 mounted today.
The part of the inner fender that covers the the brake line attachment at the very inside of the wheel well rubs. I will end up taking a heat gun and reshaping it to clear. It barely rubs so it won't take much.

if only i could find a carbon fiber trunk lid....
The 255s have a much larger "rim saver" than the 245s. The continentals I intend on running do not have a discernable protrusion around the lip and will not stick out as much.
Shock clearance is much closer with the wheels at ride height. Looks to be 5/16"-3/8" from rim to dust cover. The rim saver is 1/16"
Luckily the tires I'm using have no such protrussion
These last pics are on a driveway with a large hump. I was checking for rubbing. This is where i'd like for the car to sit in the future.
