I'm not really the biggest fan of this new concept. Its starting to look to much like its older counter part the aveo. I dig the rounder head lights with the sonic rather then the sleek elegant look. Id save the new head lights for the sedan or maybe make a coupe.

I finally saw one of the new Sonics in the wild yesterday, a sedan. I thought I'd like the rear end better on the new ones but after seeing it in person I have to admit I like the first gen better. Yeah, that awkward first gen sedan rear end finally grew on me, go figure.

The front end was ok, the LED daytime running lights gave the front an updated look but overall I do think the quad headlight first gen looks better.

Also appears the RS is history, now premium, but you can add all of the old standard equipment to make the RS.

Saw a few in person the other day. RS is now an option package on LT and Premier trim. Not a separate model. Includes rocker moldings, spoiler, fog lamps, flat bottom steering wheel, piano black trim, wheels. seat inserts and FE3 suspension.

Rear disc brakes are GONE!!!

I don't like the new Sonic design. They took everything that made it unique, the "motorcycle" look, and got rid of it to make it look generic.

If I ever end up trading in my 2013 Sonic, it will be for a 2016 Sonic.

I'm actually not opposed to the new front end. Seen a few on the road, pretty smart looking.

Yes it did take the FUN out of the front, but compared to other small hatch/sedans, it's still holding up.

The Fiesta sedan...wtf?

dealer ship by my house just got 3 new rs hatch backs . a red one a black one and a creamed corn yellow one . really? out of all the different tones and shades of yellow , someone actually thought creamed corn was the one that everyone is going to jump up and run to the dealer for. i must have ****ty taste.

I believe using the online you have to host the photo somewhere else first, then copy the link into your post... If you use the tapatalk app it's much easier (no old bbs coding to monkey around with)
