I just noticed this but I would most likely have to run twin turbo on a camaro or mustang. I just found kits and from what ive seen they all seem to be twin turbo. I guess one to attach to each header. That would get pricey wouldnt it?

Look at these power and torque numbers of this engine

You're basically a camshaft, valvesprings and a tune away from 525 crankshaft horsepower in a Camaro.

Also, I've found that most people that want "500+ WHP" have never tried to drive such a vehicle on a daily basis.

More often than not they are kids that just got their license a year ago or so as well.

I've never seen a twin turbo setup, but I would guess both are plumbed in series with a Y pipe going to the headers?

Just had a buddy build an 06 Sti to reliably hold 550hp, he's into the motor setup alone about $15k, Camaro has my vote. Or go semi sleeper and drop into a Chevy SS and turbo it, nobody expects a fast sedan!

Pick up an old Crown Vic. Put in Terminator Cobra drivetrain into it. On the outside, keep it as your got it, no aftermarket wheels, nothing like that. Buy nice, sticky tires and go blow people's doors off.

I know little about turbo placement but so far what I've heard is modern engines like the 1.4T and the 2.0T VW uses have the turbos built into the manifold to reduce lag. I suspect if a few inches of pipe matter than a few feet must mean something.

Ok here you go, these guys live 5mins from my house and are well known in Canada and some parts in the states. Look at that Stang with supercharger for sale at $28,000cdn dollars. Lol

Maybe the guy cares about longevity and didn't want to boost the hell out of his car. And 484rwhp is nothing to scoff at.

Does the car need to be a new vehicle? Why don't you get like a used ZO6 the first year productions, you can make any car 500whp, even a Toyota Camary can be 500whp. Lol
