Here are some general info in pricing:
Headlight run - 70-250 a piece
projector kits - 270-400+ for a set
LEDs/paint/silicon - under 50

Cost of headlights are easily recouperated bye selling your take offs.

I'm only charging $100 for a simple retro + parts
Anything custom with LED's halos would be extra

Most retros can be completed over a long weekend

Driver projector needs a little adjustment to be perfect, but see how no light get above the cut off, this is needed otherwise you will blind people with cheap drop in HID kits.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm not too worried about being different. You can't even buy a set like I've created. The red rings were machined and painted, instead of adding halos. The many combinations of parts allows each retrofit to be unique.

I've had a couple bites of interest but nobody really followed through, so I'm throwing my stock set on the classifieds to see if someone is interested in doing it themselves.

Damn you should of installed an intake and yanked that snorkle out while you had the bumper off.

Intake will be added in the spring. My SAB is bottomless for now. Removing the bumper isn't that hard. I've got interesting plans for the snorkel once I get some of these other projects finished.

If you decide to make some to sell id be interested, id do it myself but i'm a little worried about cutting up my own headlight.

Is it legal in any state to have red lights on the front of a vehicle at any time?

Sorry Beastlick, you know I think your HID setup is great but thats one part I never really thought about until just now. If I recall in NJ at least, you may use red as tail lights, red or yellow as brake lights, and red or yellow as turn signals. I don't think anything other than yellow or white can ever be used on the front though.

You are absolutely correct! It is illegal to be driving with red or blue lights up front. I have a hardwired switch to a constant 12V power inside the car. These pics were taken parked. Its more of a novelty with the demon eyes. The HID completely overpowers the LED when the lights are on.

Interesting.
But is it even legal to park on a street with them? Or is it one of those things that no one cares either way.

I'm pretty sure it falls under the same classification as a neon underbody effects kit. Not intended for driving use. I havent had an issue yet, but I don't drive with them on either.

Correct. As long as you are not on the road with them (So you're safe for parking/meets/etc) you're fine.

The neon underglow, LED/lighting of red/blue/purple/pink/green/orange/etc is all considered "off-road use only" so while it isn't legal to turn it all on while you're driving. It's fine to park it and show off. Of course I think I would (illegaly) have some fun with the Demon Eye mod at stop-lights too lol.

How do they work with DRLs? Do you just turn them off everytime you startup (if it's daytime or you want them off). Do you have the standalone canbus harness?
