Awsome! Once i get The Rims and Tires i just bought lol Paid down this is my next purchase! Cant wait to get this setup. Love how it looks and the fact i can get it with a White Tube Section. Will help dress up the engine bay once i get one. Like i said, not until i pay down what i just bought. But it is a definite once i get that paid down! Thanks as always DDMWorks for another Great Product and thinking of us 1.8L Guys and Gals!!

I wont be getting mine until next spring. I have other things in need of attention first so the playful upgrades have to wait a while. but i will be getting one soon enough tho... all in due time!

DDM WORKS 1.8 INTAKE System
Ok i have a question for you guys... I was about to drop some cash on getting a new phone out of contract, found out if i did i would be charged an outragous amount for an early termination fee just to activate the new phone... So, the reason i even mention it is, for what i was about to just drop on a cell phone, i can buy me a say, nice, new, shiny, DDMWorks Intake System...
My question is who would be the best to go thru to buy this setup for my 1.8L? DDM of course would top that as they are the makers of it. But Who has the best deal right now for them? I just looked on Bad News Racing's site and unless im blind they dont have the 1.8L DDM Intake even listed??? Thanks everyone. I am Seriously thinking of buying this intake. I am just itching to add some more umph to the car. even if its minimal right now until i can get the Tune. I miss the sound of an intake breathing and exhaleing. I had a cold air intake system on my previous car. loved it.
My other question is, and im sure its been brought up before, but how hard is it to do this yourself? Would i be able to do this myself without too much hassel involved. Like is it as simple as unscrewing the stock box, ripping it out, disconnecting the MAF Sensor and then pluging it into the new pipes? Do you need to disconnect the battery before removing and installing. Just trying to prepare myself before i buy it. i know a good amount (enough to get by on my own) about cars but just want to make sure on this one since you all have installed it already on yours?!

I was wanting to get the one with the K&N Filter. but you have had it on your car and have it tuned so you know whats best. dang that tune lol. I fully intend to get the tune. honest. I want one so bad. but right now i dont have a laptop or access to one. Esp one thats vista or newer. and i dont have the extra $350-400 it will end up being to get it either. One day though...The intake on the other hand is a different story. thats only $295 + Tax and Shipping. No laptop required lol. and is something i can install myself as long as i dont run into any problems ha ha ha. Usually when i try to do something myself, i always, and i mean always run into a problem somewhere down the line of the project lol. Its just my kind of luck with things.
