Just talked about this with Dr. Dave.
He has been playing with a half dozen different configurations. The struggle is that he wants to provide a kit that can work with the stock rotor to keep the price down, and that is proving to be an endangered possibility. The stock upright caliper mounts are just too tight.
The next option is to go with a proprietary rotor, bigger and possibly 2-piece, which would be sweet! But would likely double the price of the kit.
I reaffirmed to him the amount of "want" here, so hopefully he will make more progress soon.
