Nah. I spent two months in Seattle a couple years ago and I like Oregon far, far more. I loved Bend, OR when I stayed there a little while. It is my kind of town.
move to Detroit.
I hear you can pick up a house for pretty cheap there. Even free if you're willing to live in an abandoned neighborhood. Denver is a pretty cool place if you like being outdoors. I love Oregon too though.

I'm not kidding when I say what if a few of us bought a few houses in these abandoned neighborhoods and have a sons of anarchy style sonic club, without the violence of course.

Going to be a great night. The power keeps flickering, I think some sparks came out of the LED in my bedroom light and it went out (turned back on with a cycle of the switch, why not it works for 277/480 breakers...), the fan made some funny sounds, and the TV seems a bit pissed. Yep, the flashlights are handy, fire extinguisher is near by, and the .357 came out of storage.

NO!!!!!! Trust me, you do not want to be in those neighborhoods. I have had to go through enough of them at the wrong hours of the night. You know its bad when the police wish you good luck and tell you to not bother calling in an emergency.

If you want to move there you would probably fit right in. Anyone wanting to move into that city must be high on crack.
They get a little pissed when you want to go down the street and the dice game or drug deal is interupted. Yeah, not fun times. Even kids are packing there. Too bad work and job site rules prohibit my ability to use a CPL while going to, from, or at work.
