I rather think of modding a car as what exercising would be for a woman. She starts off as her beautiful self and with some toning (tuning), squats (suspension / exhaust )(lol) she's got the ability to not only knock em dead with her looks but also with a bow to the face.

But as far as fake or real tits I prefer small and real.
