I've been using an ecig for a couple months now. I prefer to think of it as a means to an end, so I'm trying to avoid making a hobby out of it. That said, I did put some of my savings on cigarettes into a better mod and a couple different juices to find one I liked enough to use daily.
I try to avoid vaping anywhere I wouldn't smoke. I don't vape in the house unless it's pouring rain, I never vape in the car or in public places unless it's outdoors and I can do it discreetly.
A handful of vape shops have turned up in my city over the last year or so. I am impressed by how well run they (mostly) are and how knowledgeable the staff are. Though what I see are a lot of people trading one habit for another, and then going crazy with the new habit. I don't see a lot of people talking about quitting vaping.
