I would data log the green spring set up before changing any springs and add the concern of boost in your notes. I as well as many others had/have had zero issues holding boost on the green spring that Forge intended to be used on the stock set up even at 22 psi. If you where consistently pushing 25-28 psi and had trouble holding boost I would say "yes, swap it out and log it". What are you using to see your boot drop? And something else to consider is you might be meeting your command trq and then the ECM pulls boost to maintain that power level. The weather is cooling off which will allow a mild tune to run lower psi to maintain the same power levels that take higher psi in the hot summer months.
I just have the budget tune so can't do data logging, and it's a feel that lose boost cause I had a lot more power before installing the BOV, no exact numbers.
