I would data log the green spring set up before changing any springs and add the concern of boost in your notes. I as well as many others had/have had zero issues holding boost on the green spring that Forge intended to be used on the stock set up even at 22 psi. If you where consistently pushing 25-28 psi and had trouble holding boost I would say "yes, swap it out and log it". What are you using to see your boot drop? And something else to consider is you might be meeting your command trq and then the ECM pulls boost to maintain that power level. The weather is cooling off which will allow a mild tune to run lower psi to maintain the same power levels that take higher psi in the hot summer months.

I just have the budget tune so can't do data logging, and it's a feel that lose boost cause I had a lot more power before installing the BOV, no exact numbers.

I'd recommend making sure you have properly installed the valve and you don't have any leaks. Did you have both seals on the valve? Is it properly tightened down? Also, I recommend grabbing a Scan Gauge or Ultra Gauge to verify boost. If you really think there is a problem you can log and ask them to review it. If everything looks fine I wouldn't expect much from Trifecta's end but I can't see Vince not doing a quick look at a WOT run to make sure you car isn't safe. If there is a problem that needs attention I would expect to pay the upgrade fee for full tuning though.

I double and triple checked the bolts, and I did have the seals on the BOV before installing.

Good deal, just trying to help trouble shoot from Japan. I'd log it and see if Trifecta will look at it to see if there is something blatantly wrong and I would still pick up an option to monitor boost on your end.

It did pull a code up after installing, do I pulled all the ECM fuses and reinstalled them to delete the code to see if that helps or changes anything.

You only have to disconnect the battery for about 15-10 minutes to clear a light. Try flashing back to stock and pushing a full tune. Other than that I'm out of ideas.

I just pulled fuses so wouldn't have to reset my channels for radio and clock.

Has anyone tried to use the form a gasket stuff on the BOV before? Seems like it's not sealing properly

The two seals are all that are needed. If you needed more then Forge would have provided it. Make sure have both seals and that they are not damaged.

Remember to always lube the o rings before installing. Remove the o ring and put a light coat of fresh motor oil on it and reinstall. Also make sure that the "plug" riding on the spring is properly lubed. There has been past issues with not enough grease and the valve sticking.
As for the spring, I used the yellow on my HHR SS but was pushing 27 psi. For most people the green was fine.

I got an Atmospheric Bypass Valve, the spring it came with doesn't fit. What should I do?

Contact the retailer you bought it from and get it straightened out before installing it.
