does a GM engineer telling you it will fit mean nothing? we know it's a direct fit.

have you ever met a perfect human?
I'm building a prototype/master pattern currently. I will be doing some silicon tooling for the first couple runs. I can then shoot urethane castings to get all the tabs needed. No more needing to cut and grind. You should be able to swap on your trim and install. An injection molding tool would be very expensive. There are a lot of undercuts on the tabs which would need lifters.if you could get me the specs I can see what it will cost to to have it injection molded, I work for a roto form company but we deal with a ton of blow/injection molding companies and its worth finding out. I will contact them on monday/tuesday this week and see what that route would cost.
That's awesome I'm looking forward to the pics!I just ordered the 2013 rs grills they look awsome and is a direct fit
I didn't know this was completely confirmed.does a GM engineer telling you it will fit mean nothing? we know it's a direct fit.

a GM employee looking at the drawings of the car told us it was a direct fit. that's good enough for me.

Im sure I can work something up for you. It might be a little tricky seeing you have the body kit. Let me finish up with this Grille proto and well see what happens early spring.
