MPFab did dyno runs with the anaconda and there was minimal losses between a cat back and stock exhaust. IF you dig through his anaconda posts you'll probably find the word from the horses mouth.

I believe I've misquoted this before. I think he said he only gained 3-4 after it was removed (nothing after anaconda).

Yeah that is what I said in my second post about the subject. But now that he has 70-80 more hp and he is on 52's and soon to have the BAP I figured the volume of exhaust coming out would be much greater than the dyno with just down and mid pipe.

This does not have to do with his exhaust being custom. All I want to know is will the stock cat back hold the new set up back.

Because I am not a huge fan of loud exhausts on cars like this. However after the kit is installed, I think it may be worthy of some noise. I thought I heard that the stock cat back does hold back the trifecta tune with 42's and a down and mid pipe. Just a little bit maybe like 3-5hp. However the new set up is burning more fuel and this is why I wondered.

I can dig it. I bet it does hold back this set up more than the previous one.

Personally. I'd just get the ZZP catback system for when the new turbo kit is out. Better to have free flowing with that much more power than insane back pressure that can cause issue's down the road at 250whp.

At this power level, the stock exhaust will hurt you dearly in terms of performance. My best educated guess would be a minimum loss of 25whp, but a 35whp loss wouldn't surprise me.

I'm 3" turbo to tailpipe. Would this be sufficient for a set up like this?

I have 3" too. With an internal waste gate you'll be good to over 400whp without penalty.

You can get mpfab but they just have the downpipe and midpipe. You have to get custom after that.

I don't know if the offer still stands, but Walker has offered in the past to build exhaust kits similar to his. I wanted to order one months ago, but I'm still out of money for mods. I'm sure once the turbo upgrade is available, there will be more demand for it.

my car will likely never get the turbo upgrad kit on it, so kinda pointless for me to get a 3" exhaust, im happy with my zzp 2.5"
