Alright, here is the word from Sadev, specifically Pavel that I spoke with. Their SC90-20/150 will work with the 1.4 turbo with no problem. The only thing I'm waiting on is an answer on a rear axle. They did say that the fuel tank will have to be relocated (interior fuel cell) and exhaust re-routed for the drive shaft. So the build is in the works for us if anyone else is interested.
The SC90-20/150 is a transmission for longitudinal drivelines, are you planning on turning the engine 90°? The ST90-18 would be the only usable box from Sadev.
passion and drive. I have a good feeling about this mission.

Don't forget the most important part: money. JUST the gearbox mentioned above will run between $15,000-20,000.
After that all you need to do is
1. Make a bellhousing/adapter plate
2. Figure out a new flywheel/clutch for the new TO bearing height/starter position
3. Possibly relocate the engine to alleviate any frame interference from the longer transaxle
4. Have new axles or inboard CV adapters made for the front
5. Make custom intermediate driveshaft + adapter to transaxle + adapter to rear diff for full time 4WD
5. Alternate for center diff: Replace rear output on ST90-18 with Mitsubishi EVO center diff section. Would be a long shot on being able to be adapted to the output tube, and would mean an additional adapter CV, as the driver's side axle would be whatever Sadek uses, and the passenger side output would be Mitsu. At that point obviously you'd be better off just using the whole EVO transmission.
Then all that's left is driveline routing and rear end.

I couldn't see Sadev offering a complete package for anything less that $30,000 IF they could sell quite a few packages. However at that price they would be lucky to sell 1 or 2. I think it would be amazing if Sadev came back at anything less than $50,000 for what would basically be a one-off.
